About Us

Amaya Garmendia began her career as a manager in the transport sector, where she was responsible for operations across the Benelux region.

In 2010, after completing several financial studies, she continued her career as a Business Analyst and Business Valuator at Van Baerle Newbolt, a corporate finance advisory firm in the Netherlands, where she carried out a variety of valuation assignments.

Amaya holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with a specialization in Financial Management. She graduated with a thesis on “The Design of Performance Measurement Systems in Transport Companies in the Netherlands.”

She also obtained a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Valuation from Tias Business School in Tilburg.

Amaya Garmendia is a certified Register Valuator and a member of the Dutch Institute of Registered Valuators (NIRV).

Amaya holds a post Master's Degree in Finance (MIF) and in Business Valuation (MBV) from the TIAS Business School. She is also Register Valuator and member of NIRV (Nederlands Instituut voor Register Valuators).
